Using multiple computers Preferences Not Found Preview Printing of Reports Downloading the installer shows text in my browser Install will not installPreferences Not Found is caused when the palm device is synced and the palm
user's information is not found in the windows registry.
This can happen when the user has not synced twice prior to using the pda or when the user has installed the
GlucoseOne application on a new computer.
To correct this problem remove the GlucoseOne palm application and verify you system syncs without error. Then from
the windows application select Utilities->Palm Support and refresh your user
Using multiple computers is possible but not supported. To use more than one
computer to
manage your GlucoseOne data make a database backup from your main computer. Then install the GlucoseOne application
on the second
computer and restore the main database. Make sure you do not edit the same record on each machine and also sync
often.Preview Printing of Reports The reports are very complexe and did not lend them selfs well to preview. The work around is to install a pdf
printer
driver such as CutePDF. Print to the pdf driver and view with a pdf view like Adobe pdf view.
